Austin Hull is the Managing Principal of the Hull Multifamily Advisors and has focused his entire professional career on brokering multifamily communities.  Prior to founding “HMA”, Austin entered the multifamily brokerage scene with a nationally recognized multifamily brokerage and lending firm. In his 4 years with the firm, he was the office’s top producer for the last 2 years and is now approaching $200M in multifamily transactional experience.  During his career, Austin has not only transacted with some of the largest institutional multifamily owners across the country, but also with less experienced privately owned multifamily owners and everyone in between. Whether it’s dealing with high powered attorneys representing an institutional purchaser, or walking a less experienced owner through the intricacies of a multifamily transaction, he amasses an impressive set of credentials that has the ability to adapt and conquer any multifamily transaction.

Mr. Hull’s main focus in his career is not completing multifamily transactions, but establishing life-long relationships with his clients that eventually turn into friendships. In his career this far, he claims his biggest accomplishments have been establishing these relationships with his clients and 3rd party service providers.  Throughout his career, Austin has had the opportunity to work with institutional multifamily owners, reputable 3rd party management companies, national lenders, mortgage brokers, and some of the top multifamily brokers in the country.  This knowledge obtained provides Mr. Hull a unique skill set and scope to find the often hidden “value add component” of a multifamily deal.  Austin received his BS in Business Management from Northwood University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan and Florida. In his spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors, attending sporting events, and flying as a licensed pilot with the FAA.

Nick Hull is an associate director for the Hull Multifamily Advisors, specializing in brokering multifamily properties throughout the state of Florida. Nick developed a strong passion for the Florida multifamily industry at a young age by helping his parents manage several rental properties throughout the sunshine state while attending engineering school.  Prior to working with “HMA”, Nick worked in the engineering profession specializing in building codes, hurricane testing, structural design, energy conservation and water treatment.  This extensive experience obtained provides Nick with a unique analytical and problem-solving skillset to assist his clients with not only dispositions and acquisitions, but also a deep understanding on Florida’s ever-changing building code and insurance requirements. 

Nick entered the multifamily brokerage industry in June 2022, where he assisted in several multifamily transactions and developed a strong passion for the industry. Nick received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida.  While attending FGCU, Nick frequently made the Dean’s list and was a member of the school’s spearfishing team.  In his spare time Nick enjoys traveling to new places, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
